Dried strawberries

If there is a tasty and low-calorie fruit, whose consumption will bring a wonderful feeling of freshness, these are strawberries. They contain twice as simple sugars as kiwifruit and oranges. This combined with their bright red color makes them both refreshing and appetizing. The good news is that their consumption in moderate portions is possible even with a low carbohydrate diet.
