Struma Fruit EOOD is a family company located in the southwestern part of Bulgaria, a region known as the “Orchard” of Bulgaria.
TECHNOLOGY
Our company produces, processes and packs Bio-certified and conventional dried fruits and vegetables. A significant part of the raw material comes from our own orchards, certified according to the GlobalG.A.P. standard. and GRASP. This allows us to ensure full traceability of the ready-to-eat product. In addition, we successfully cooperate with local farmers who supply us with high-quality fresh fruits and vegetables.
We use only fresh fruits and vegetables, selected from quality varieties, carefully grown and dried using a special method to keep them juicy and with an irresistible taste. Natural, so they are healthy for you!
OUR PRODUCTION
We have our own factory in which we have modern technical equipment for selection, processing, drying and packaging in accordance with safety requirements. Products are packed according to customer requirements, but only after passing through a metal detector.
A high standard of quality is maintained at all stages of production to ensure we create the perfect alternative dessert.

“Struma Fruit” EOOD is certified according to the following standards: HACCP, FSSC 22000, Kosher, as well as our Bio-certified dried fruits and vegetables comply with the European regulation for organic foods.

We develop our skills through specialized staff training programs.
Through the established Traceability System, we manage to reach the producer of the raw material even after the realization of the product.

Struma Fruit EOOD owns orchards with conventional and Biocertified cherry and plum plantations, certified according to the GlobalG.A.P. standard. and GRASP.
Our fruit trees are carefully grown to provide our customers with fresh cherries and plums of the highest quality and irresistible taste! We have a production base that is equipped with modern machines for cooling, selecting, calibrating, packing and storing fresh cherries and plums. Modern technological equipment and experienced employees allow us to satisfy the expectations of our customers!
